If you looked at his resume, you’d find lots of acronyms- .NET, Azure, SAP, GIS, SCADA, IoT. If you looked at his face while explaining them, you’d find a smile-he still enjoys playing with tech like it’s Lego. From building asset management systems for cities to writing RFPs that sound like mini novels, he’s seen the tech world grow from dial-up to AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
CEO... Twice Over
First came Karma Solutions Inc in New Jersey and Pune-started back in 2008, when cloud was just a fancy word and startups still needed office furniture. Then came KarmaTech-AI in 2024, his second innings as a founder, this time with a little more AI and a lot more automation. These days, he’s working on EAR (Enterprise Auto Runner), a product that promises to make enterprises run themselves while you sip chai.
The Accidental Techie Who Stuck Around
Some folks plan their careers with spreadsheets and timelines. Not him. He just kept following what felt right, and somehow ended up becoming the CEO of not one, but two tech companies-KarmaTech-AI and Karma Solutions Inc. Along the way, he dabbled in code, played with systems, ran a few teams, and somewhere in the middle, built some pretty serious enterprise software.
Jobs, Contracts, and a Few Detours
There were stints at Citibank, Merrill Lynch, and StoneX, where he wore suits, led teams, and wrote code that sometimes went to five continents without a passport. He even had a long run with Japanese consultants, working on water supply projects and infrastructure upgrades-because apparently, he likes turning chaos into structure.
Learning Never Took a Break
Started off in the 90s with COBOL and VSAM, moved to VB and SQL, now hangs out with AI agents and SaaS dashboards. Doesn’t mind picking up new tech at any age as long as there's chai and Wi-Fi.
